Welcome to BetterBites, your go-to online bakery for delicious treats! By placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Order Placement
All orders must be placed a minimum of four (4) days in advance of the desired pick-up date. This allows us to ensure the freshest ingredients and meticulous preparation of your baked goods.

Pick-Up Only
We currently offer pick-up service only from Thursday to Sunday.  Upon placing your order, you will be provided with pick-up details including location, date, and time.

No Altering Pick-Up Dates
Once an order is confirmed and the pick-up date is scheduled, it cannot be altered or rescheduled. Please ensure that you are available to pick up your order at the designated time.

No Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the personalized service we provide, we do not offer refunds for any reason. All sales are final.

Allergen Information
It is important to be aware that our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

Quality Assurance
We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide you with the best possible experience. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of pick-up, and we will do our best to address your issue.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of BetterBites and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Changes to Terms
BetterBites reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
